Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead bias audits of emerging technologies including quantum neural networks
- Design predictive impact assessments for 2026+ tech deployments
- Collaborate with policy teams to shape AI regulation frameworks
- Train cross-functional teams on ethical AI principles and responsible innovation
- Research and publish whitepapers on AI ethics and future tech convergence
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of strategic technology investments
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation across machine learning pipelines
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical specifications
- Experience with quantum computing or neuro-symbolic AI systems
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible innovation (NeurIPS, FAccT)
- Certification in AI governance or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics Certifier)
- Strong stakeholder management with diverse technical and non-technical audiences
