Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems across product lines
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical principles
- Author position papers on emerging AI ethics challenges for regulatory bodies
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations
- Design user-centric AI transparency mechanisms for public-facing products
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Proven expertise in auditing algorithmic bias and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership
- Publications or speaking engagements on AI ethics topics preferred
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tools
- Deep understanding of philosophical principles applied to technology
