Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for next-generation autonomous agents and neural interfaces.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for edge computing environments.
- Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to integrate hybrid quantum-classical algorithms into our core infrastructure.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainable AI (XAI) frameworks.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps for cross-functional product teams.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at scale.
- Strong understanding of cognitive science principles and human-computer interaction (HCI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to stakeholders.
