Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure, ensuring robustness, security, and high performance for 2026 standards.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI product development, aligning complex algorithms with business objectives and market trends.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on latency reduction and throughput maximization.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring compliance with global regulations and bias mitigation strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems.
