Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models for next-gen applications.
- Lead research and development in Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Optimize neural networks for latency and throughput in distributed environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into core business products.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model training, and ethical AI usage.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and implement cutting-edge architectural patterns.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, big data processing, and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of leading technical initiatives.
