Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Roadmap: Design scalable, robust, and future-proof AI architectures that align with our long-term strategic vision.
- Lead Model Innovation: Spearhead the research and implementation of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Oversee the engineering of distributed systems capable of handling exascale compute requirements.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists in adopting best practices and emerging technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering leaders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable software deliverables.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-performance distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Research Background: Strong background in academic research or applying novel research to production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
