Responsibilities
- Design Next-Gen AI Architectures: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define the long-term technical vision for AI integration, aligning with business goals for the 2026 era.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in all models.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Scaling: Optimize cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to handle massive data streams and real-time processing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Prototype Cutting-Edge Models: Experiment with novel AI paradigms including Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or architect role.
- Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
