Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust Agentic AI frameworks capable of autonomous decision-making and tool usage.
- Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for complex reasoning tasks and multi-step planning.
- Integrate external APIs and data sources to enhance the autonomy and context-awareness of AI agents.
- Establish safety protocols and alignment strategies to ensure AI behavior remains ethical and controllable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into scalable software solutions.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization for latency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models.
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agent orchestration tools (LangChain, AutoGPT).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality production code.
