As a key member of our elite technical team, you will define the architectural standards for our upcoming 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability, ethical AI practices, and unprecedented performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, state-of-the-art generative AI architectures and pipelines.
- Lead the research and implementation of fine-tuning strategies for large language models.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and ethicists to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
- Publish research findings and contribute to the open-source community in AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven experience building and deploying LLMs or large-scale NLP systems.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures, attention mechanisms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
