Job Description
We are seeking a visionary AI Agentic Architect to lead the design of our autonomous systems roadmap for the year 2026. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable enterprise infrastructure. You will be responsible for architecting multi-agent workflows, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into autonomous decision-making loops, and ensuring our systems are future-proof for the evolving landscape of AI. Join us in building the operating system for the next generation of digital intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design and implement complex, self-interacting AI agents capable of autonomous task execution and collaboration.
- 2026 Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision and milestones for integrating Agentic AI into core business processes by 2026.
- Model Integration: Integrate and fine-tune state-of-the-art foundation models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) for specific vertical applications.
- System Optimization: Enhance inference speed, reduce latency, and optimize computational costs for high-volume agent deployments.
- Evaluation Frameworks: Build rigorous testing and evaluation pipelines to ensure agent reliability, safety, and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, or Distributed Systems Architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Kubernetes.
- AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Communication: Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
