Responsibilities
- Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design and implement scalable architectures for autonomous AI agents that collaborate to solve complex problems.
- Model Fine-Tuning: Develop and optimize proprietary LLMs to enhance reasoning capabilities and reduce hallucinations.
- Tool Integration: Integrate external APIs and databases to enable agents to perform real-world actions autonomously.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize inference pipelines for speed and cost-efficiency using techniques like quantization and pruning.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or NLP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with LangChain or AutoGPT frameworks.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
