We are seeking a visionary Agentic AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of next-generation autonomous systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production systems, ensuring our solutions are robust, secure, and ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Architect the technical vision for our autonomous agent ecosystem, defining core protocols for reasoning and decision-making.
- System Design: Design scalable microservices architectures that support complex, multi-agent environments.
- Model Optimization: Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune LLMs and RAG pipelines for specific vertical applications.
- Safety & Ethics: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI behavior aligns with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prototype Development: Rapidly prototype new concepts in Python and Rust, validating technical feasibility before scaling.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust; familiarity with LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agent frameworks.
- System Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Innovation: Proven track record of patenting or publishing research related to AI, NLP, or autonomous agents.
