Job Description
We are a visionary tech firm building the infrastructure for the autonomous future. As we prepare for our major 2026 roadmap, we are seeking a visionary Agentic AI Architect to lead the design and deployment of next-generation autonomous systems. This is a high-impact role for a technical leader who thrives on complexity and is obsessed with the intersection of Generative AI, Logic, and Autonomous Workflow.
In this position, you will not just build AI; you will architect the agents that will operate independently, learning and executing tasks in a self-driving ecosystem. If you are passionate about defining the technical standards for 2026 and beyond, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Systems: Design and implement scalable, multi-agent architectures capable of complex reasoning, planning, and autonomous execution without human intervention.
- 2026 Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for our AI agents, aligning them with our strategic goals for 2026 and beyond.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and decision trees to ensure high accuracy and safety in autonomous environments.
- System Integration: Integrate autonomous agents with existing enterprise infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication and data flow.
- Performance Engineering: Lead initiatives to reduce latency, improve inference speeds, and ensure high availability of our AI core.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
- System Design: Proven ability to design distributed systems handling high concurrency and massive data throughput.
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering techniques.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, open-ended problems.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
