Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models for enterprise applications.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model versioning.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical roadmaps for the AI department.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ML engineering or AI research roles.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with Edge AI and TinyML is a major plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for emerging technologies.
