Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) initiatives targeting 2026 milestones.
- Lead a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists in research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into viable product features.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing and neural interfaces to integrate them into our core architecture.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI development and alignment protocols.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
- Proven track record of leading R&D teams in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of AGI safety and alignment methodologies.
