- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and vendor invoices
- Conduct three-way matching and resolve discrepancies
- Manage payment cycles and ensure timely vendor disbursements
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
