Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Utilize Oracle NetSuite for invoice processing and payment scheduling
- Collaborate with global teams across 3 time zones
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for AP workflows
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Mentor junior AP specialists on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Oracle NetSuite or SAP certification preferred
- SOX compliance and audit experience mandatory
- Weekend availability with weekday hybrid flexibility
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting required
- Experience with international payment processing
- AP automation tools (Coupa, Tipalti) knowledge
