Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and cash management tasks.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve discrepancies and payment issues.
- Maintain and update the general ledger and AP sub-ledger records.
- Prepare and issue payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Must be available to work the Weekend Shift (Saturday & Sunday).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
