Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Execute weekend payment runs and maintain payment schedules
- Collaborate with AP team on month-end closing procedures
- Utilize ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) for invoice processing
- Support internal audits and compliance documentation
- Optimize AP workflows for weekend shift efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP/NetSuite ERP system certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- BS in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in process improvement initiatives
