Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and payment runs
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Manage 1099 vendor onboarding and compliance
- Collaborate with procurement on payment terms
- Generate financial reports and audit trails
- Optimize AP workflows using NetSuite ERP
- Lead month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite/SAP ERP systems
- Expertise in 1099 compliance regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- High-volume payment processing background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- AP certification (CAPP) preferred
