Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
- Execute weekend payment runs and month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with global teams using SAP and Oracle systems
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Generate financial reports for senior leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday, 10am-6pm EST)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Remote work experience with self-discipline
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- AP or CERP certification a plus
