Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, from receiving invoices to payment execution.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and billing inquiries.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage high-volume workloads.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
