Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoice payments and expense reimbursements within 3-day SLAs
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage 1099 vendor records and tax compliance documentation
- Optimize AP workflows using NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams for payment scheduling
- Conduct month-end closing activities and AP audits
- Implement process improvements to reduce payment cycle time
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- ERP system expertise (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle)
- Experience with automated payment platforms (Bill.com, Tipalti)
- Strong analytical skills with zero tolerance for errors
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
