Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage vendor relationships and address billing inquiries.
- Prepare and post journal entries for AP transactions.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and digital files for audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
- Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
