Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including coding, batching, and issuing payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update vendor master files and contact information.
- Prepare monthly AP reports and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and AP workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
