Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions within ERP systems
- Conduct three-way matching for invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports
- Resolve vendor discrepancies and maintain positive supplier relationships
- Perform month-end closing procedures and accrual adjustments
- Generate AP reports and analyze payment trends for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on expense management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong numerical aptitude
