Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with exceptional accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies promptly
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers and maintain organized financial records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on payment processing
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounts payable best practices
