Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve payment issues
- Prepare and submit monthly AP reports for financial review
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and payment records
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
