Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies within SLA
- Manage payment cycles including check, ACH, and virtual card transactions
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on invoice discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit readiness
- Prepare monthly AP aging reports and variance analyses
- Implement process improvements to reduce invoice processing time
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor's preferred
- Certification in AP (e.g., CAPP) highly desirable
- Experience with 3-way matching and PO-based processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
