Responsibilities
- Process and verify a high volume of invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Prepare and issue monthly statements to vendors and assist with year-end audits.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure accurate coding and approval workflows.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and ad-hoc financial reporting.
- Utilize AP software to track payments and monitor aging reports.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous work environment.
