- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Manage accounts payable ledger and reconcile vendor statements
- Coordinate with purchasing and receiving departments to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documents
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Support other finance department initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years accounts payable experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
