Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor management and disputes
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP/Oracle systems
- Support month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Optimize AP workflows for efficiency and cost savings
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certification (AP, CAPP) or equivalent experience
