Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly payment batches for approval by management.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial records.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payment status professionally.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and account analysis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- 1-3 years of direct experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or QuickBooks.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in data entry.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
