Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process high-volume invoices accurately and timely.
- Perform accurate data entry into the AP system and maintain organized filing systems.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors regarding payment status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks preferred).
- Strong knowledge of invoice processing, coding, and accruals.
- Excellent attention to detail and high-speed typing/data entry skills.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not required.
