Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage invoice verification, coding, and approval workflows
- Collaborate with procurement teams on vendor contracts
- Prepare month-end closing reports for AP reconciliation
- Utilize SAP/Oracle ERP systems for data entry
- Support internal audits with documentation and compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of high-volume AP experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP/Oracle ERP system expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills across teams
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- AP certification (CPA/CMA) a plus
