Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with exceptional accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage electronic payments and ensure timely disbursements
- Collaborate with global teams to optimize payment workflows
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Relevant accounting degree or AP certification preferred
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
