Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with precision
- Manage vendor payments via ACH, checks, and wire transfers
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in ERP systems
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on payment terms
- Maintain organized digital filing and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
- Support month-end closing activities and audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- AP certification (CAPP) preferred
