Responsibilities
- Process and verify high volumes of invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage the accounts payable ledger to ensure timely payments.
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, credits, and payments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain accurate audit trails.
- Utilize ERP systems to update financial data during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available and willing to work Night Shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
