Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to resolve payment issues
- Conduct month-end closing activities and support financial reporting
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in financial transactions
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor's preferred
- AP certification (CAPP) or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
