Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports with 99.5% accuracy
- Manage payment cycles for 500+ vendors via ACH/ACH/Wire
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers to general ledger monthly
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries within SLAs
- Collaborate with procurement on 3-way matching protocols
- Prepare month-end closing reports for finance leadership
- Implement process improvements using SAP/Oracle ERP
Qualifications
- 3+ years high-volume AP experience in manufacturing/services
- Proficient in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM, Sun-Thu)
- CPA or accounting certification preferred
- Proven problem-solving with complex payment exceptions
- Ability to meet tight month-end deadlines
