Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and vendor invoices with precision
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Manage payment processing including ACH, wire transfers, and check disbursements
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve payment issues
- Perform month-end closing tasks and support audits
- Optimize invoice processing workflows for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
