Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies with precision
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Collaborate with procurement teams to resolve payment issues and vendor inquiries
- Support month-end closing activities with journal entries and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX regulations
- Optimize AP processes to improve efficiency and reduce processing time
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or 3+ years of AP experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Experience in high-volume transaction processing environments
