- Conduct 3-way matching and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain aging reports
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Implement process improvements for payment efficiency
- Support month-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and audit requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication across remote teams
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
- AP certification (preferred)
