Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours
- Manage electronic payment systems and ACH transfers for 500+ vendors
- Collaborate with international teams on multi-currency transactions
- Prepare month-end closing reports and supporting documentation
- Implement process improvements using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Conduct audits for compliance with SOX regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 5+ years AP experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system certification required
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions
- SOX compliance audit experience
- Ability to work independently during night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- CPA or CMA designation preferred
