Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and payments via ERP systems
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance
- AP certification preferred
