In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices while maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
Responsibilities
- Process and code high-volume invoices with 100% accuracy and ensure timely payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors.
- Manage the vendor master file, including onboarding new vendors and updating account details.
- Assist in month-end close procedures and prepare AP aging reports.
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment status and terms.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
