Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume accounts payable invoices with a 100% accuracy rate.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or billing errors promptly.
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including coding, approvals, and payment execution.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and invoice inquiries.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes by providing AP reports and summaries.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to track expenditures and budget adherence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and internal controls.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
