Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and reporting.
- Utilize AP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for data entry and reporting.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports as required by management.
- Ensure timely payment of liabilities to maintain good vendor standing.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
