Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit compliance
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on process improvements
- Support 1099 vendor tracking and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume environments
- Excellent written communication skills for vendor correspondence
- Remote work experience with self-discipline and time management
