Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely vendor payments
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers with general ledger accounts
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Maintain accurate financial records in Oracle ERP system
- Support month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Optimize AP workflows to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred)
- Expertise in invoice processing and 3-way matching
- Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- AP certification (e.g., APP) strongly preferred
- Ability to start within 48 hours of offer
